Just Do It

Before you read Will's letter...the countdown has begun...45 days until he comes home!

When the times become tough just keep going and don’t stop!

So I needed a catch phrase and that’s all I could come up with.. But it really just explains this week really well. Nothing bad happened but then again nothing really exciting happened this week.

So let me begin with an update on my stitches... Everything is completely fine with my eye. No serious damage happened. Just 6 stitches that came out on Saturday morning from some really awesome nurses. Now the rest of the healing process continues as the scar is beginning to show :) but everything is fine. I did asking the doc when I got them in last Monday if I got to wear a patch but sadly she said no. I thought it would have been funny to talk about Christ with a pirate accent "arg want to learn about Jesus?"

Things are beginning to happen in the Dunwoody area. Sister Christensen and sister Hammond (sisters who are in my district) had an amazing miracle. We got done with ZTM this week and I was just fueled by the spirit and the amazing miracles that will happen. (I mean the ward in ready to explode with missionary work) but I had a simple invitation to invite them to find and invite 4 people to baptismal date. And boy did they do it. They went out that next day and for 4 amazing people. It just shows that by faithfulness and by diligent prayer all things will happen as long as we ask for them. :) Just have to be obedient and do the work. As Nike motto is "Just Do It!"

Things are going but there is something I learn in all things. That even though we go through these tough times of challenges and trials there is one thing for sure that the Lord will have a tried people. And with that tried people, miracles will flow as a result. Well that’s about all I can say for this week.

Love,
Elder Macoubrie
