Don’t be sad! Get glad. Just remember Kimmie. I know things aren’t going the way that you would like it to go. Just remember the Lord is preparing you and Aaron’s heart. It’s never our time it’s always His. He can see the bigger picture in life. So my advice. Don’t be sad get glad! It’s always the better option to be happy.
So this week has been really slow but really fun so I’ll start off with all the good stuff.
So we are trying and in the process of moving out of our current place in Cusseta to a bigger better place closer to town. Right now our house is basically structurally unstable and the place that we are getting has never been lived in. It’s about 1800 sq. ft. and it would double for both the house and the chapel that we so desperately need. So hopefully we will be able to move in soon and get going on some more work. President Harding has already agreed that it would be good for the area. Now just waiting on the bosses to decide what’s going to happen. So hopefully that will turn out to be a good result for us and the work around Cusseta.
Cusseta group this week was good. We had 3 investigators show up to sacrament and that was definitely a plus for us. They loved it and hopefully we will be able to start teaching them. We found them last week and John (that’s his name) blew out his back digging fence post out. So the strong sexy man that I am dug the rest of them out and did the rest of the work for him. Hopefully we will be able to help build a pig and chicken pen for them so help build more trust in them. And the will yield a teaching appointment. They said they loved church and the want to come again that’s a big plus for us. They need to get married and I think money is a problem but we can figure all that out soon when they actually plan all of it out.
Fort Benning was awesome as usual. I taught the gospel of Jesus Christ (Lesson 3) to a guy who was Catholic and the other was atheist. They both don’t want to be baptized but it was a learning experience for me. I had to teach a little more in depth and really had to tell them that they had to ask God if this church is true basically. They didn’t have too many questions but it was still good for me. After church I was able to baptize my first person on my mission. Christian Clark from Arkansas. That was a really cool experience. Sadly I had to do it 2x because his leg popped up a little bit but that’s beside the point. I was able to baptize my first person! I’ll send some pictures with it.
Not much has changed around here. It’s getting colder and colder. Dropping to about 50 degrees at night and getting around 70-75 in the day time. We are super short on miles this month as we have 300 miles for 9 days. Seems like a lot but we have to drive probably 250 of those in 4 days so lots and lots of walking. The people are still good and things are getting easier. I have about 17 months left and boy has it flown by.
That’s really about it. There’s really nothing else to say. Here are some pictures that you might enjoy.
So the first on is the baptism. He’s the shortest of the guys in camo. That’s who I baptized.
The second is a KK outfit that a guy in our ward has. He got it from his granddaddy. It’s a different world down here!
But there are really no other pictures I have right now but I’m looking for pictures to send.
I love you guys! Have a good day be safe.

P.S. Sorry it’s not much but that really about all the new stuff.
